30 Hour Famine
Come
with a hunger. We'll be fasting together for 30
hours on this lock-in.
Eat
your last meal at lunch time on Friday and come to church instead of
having dinner. We'll be playing games, learning about hunger
in the world, and doing some service activities. We'll share
juice together during the Famine to make sure that we have some energy.
Please contact Pastor Chris if you
need another collection sheet for the Famine. The
rescheduling of our Famine means that you have more time to ask people
for donations. You can let people know that all their
donations will be doubled by grant money. So every dollar
they give is twice as important!
Bring everything that you would need
for a sleepover except for the snacks! Also, make sure that
you have a good change of clothes for the next day, since we’ll be out
and about!
Youth Group Schedule
Youth Group meetings take place on Sunday
evenings at 6:30pm. Usually Middle School youth group meets
on
the first and third Sunday's of the month, while High School youth
group meets on the second and forth Sundays.
Sunday March 23 - No Youth Group - Easter
Sunday March 30 - Middle School
Sunday April 6 - No Youth Group
Sunday April 13 - High School
Sunday April 20 - Middle School
Sunday April 27 - High School
